This game has to be the best around! You first create your sim family, with lots of clothes and hair styles to choose from. Then you move them into a house and the fun begins! There is hundreds of furnishings to choose from to decorate your sim house. U can also crate a swimming pool outside. The Graphics are very good, but if you have a slow computer note that it will take a awhile to load and save the game etc. Invite friends to come and visit your sims, and have a good laugh. This game is really good! There are also expansion packs : go downtown, oldtown to buy new clothes etc. get new pets or even go on holiday! BUY THIS GAME NOW!

If you are thinking about buying the first Sims, i must warn you that itll prove quite expensive. Not only will you end up devoting a large part of your life to creating your sims lives, youll probably end up buying most of the expansion packs. You wont care about losing friends in the real world, youll have your Sims. Your partner has called 7 times wondering where you are today, you wont care because your poor little Sim is having his own relationship problems. Your kitchen burns down, but you can deal with it because your Sims dealt with it only 17 minutes ago and theyre coping fine. it may well become your life. I started out wanting to create the ultimate hellhole for my Sims, destitute, miserable and broken, I couldnt do it, i started feeling sorry for them. i was becoming emotional about the little Sim Graphics on the screen. Thats what this game does to you. Buy it, steal it, borrow it. Youll love it.

Easy to get into, but maybe a bit too addictive  |
So heres The Sims: Deluxe Edition. Most gamers seem to fall into one of two camps, people who like The Sims and those that hate it with a passion. Theres a lot to like about The Sims and its various add-ons though, and even though it does have its faults the game is fundamentally a good one.This Deluxe Edition is very simple to install and doesnt take up vast swathes of your hard disc. As games go the installation is really quite small. Not only that, but you can run the game adequately on low specification PCs easily, but of course if you have a faster processor, more RAM, and a decent graphics card then the game will run very smoothly indeed. Once installed the game is very easy to pick up and learn and you can get to grips with the basics of running the lives of your simulated people in a few minutes. The pace of things when you start is unhurried so you never get overwhelmed. In fact, seeing as the game is so easy to get into and play, it is ideal for people who are just making their first steps into PC gaming. There is a fair amount of longevity to the game too, you can continue to play for a very long time without exhausting the possibilities that the Sims has to offer. However, the Sims has its faults. If anything the game can be far too addictive. If you ever had trouble giving up a Tamagotchi pet then you will find it extremely hard to separate yourself from your Sims and the lives you create for them. As for the reasons why there is a camp of people who hate the various Sims incarnations. Some people find the game too mawkish and the character interactions and sound effects twee. Others simply hate any game that doesnt insist that you shoot anything and everything in your path. Finally there are some who hate it because they got hooked on it and had such a hard time getting away. Overall though, The Sims: Deluxe Edition is well worth taking a look at, and it is a playable and enjoyable game for most people. Avoid it if you get too easily addicted to things, and avoid it if you like to shoot and destroy things, otherwise get stuck in!
